Walter Atkins, PE is an Engineer for Metropolitan Council Environmental Services, the regional wastewater service provider for the seven-county Twin Cities metro area. He administers the Ongoing I/I Program that provides goals and incentives to communities mitigating excessive I/I, and produces hydraulic capacity analyses that help maintain the efficient, reliable performance of the conveyance system.
