Steve Graziano has 14 years of experience as a project engineer in the Water group of People & Places Solutions for Jacobs. His primary areas of interest are wastewater treatment, biosolids management, odor control, and advancing conventional wastewater treatment processes to be more sustainable – economically, socially, and environmentally. He is motivated by working with multi-disciplinary professionals to solve today’s issues in the water and wastewater industry, and he strives to lead a new generation of engineers in developing innovative approaches to solving future water management challenges. His experience has included basic studies and facility plans to detailed engineering design and construction/process startup support. In additional to serving his clients as a project engineer, since March 2021 Steve has served as the Water/Wastewater Facilities Solutions Team Leader in the Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois (MIWI) performance unit, managing workload, training needs, communications, and overall growth, development and advocacy for 13 staff. Steve is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin.
