Rick Warner is a Strategic Leader at Jacobs. His experiences include delivering complex capital projects, forming inter-agency collaborations, and creating community partnerships. Rick’s expertise spans drinking water, wastewater, and water recycling. His leadership positions within the water sector include president of the Water Environment Federation and director for The Water Research Foundation. Rick was named a Fellow of the Water Environment Federation in 2022. Rick is a professional engineer and received B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. Raiders, Athletics, and University of Nevada sports fan.
